Consent to the processing of personal data

I declare that I have been informed about the principles of processing my personal data of the company Auto Průhonice a.s. with registered office at K Chotobuzi 333, 251 01 Čestlice, ID: 28448430, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court of Čestlice, Czech Republic. Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 14583 and its subsidiaries Auto Průhonice a.s., Dejvice branch, Podbabská 17, Prague 6 - Dejvice and Auto Průhonice a.s., Stodůlky branch, Šafránkova, 155 00 Praha 5 - Stodůlky (hereinafter referred to as "Administrator") within the scope of the "Privacy Policy", which was provided to me submitted to me (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy"). Members of the VOLVO Group shall mean Auto Cardion s.r.o. with its registered office at Heršpická 788/9, 639 00 Brno-Štýřice, ID: 04156854, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 88475, Volvo Car Czech Republic s.r.o. with registered office at K Chotobuzi 333, 251 01 Čestlice, ID No.: 63981726, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, insert 39848 (hereinafter referred to as "VOLVO Group").

I. MARKETING PURPOSES

1. By giving consent, I confirm that I agree that Member, as well as members of Group VOLVO within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (general Data Protection Regulation) ("Device") process my personal data for marketing purposes to the extent that:

information on the use of Rapporteur products and services.

To ensure legal obligations arising from contracts entered into with you, the Regulators will retain the following personal data:

service history,
data contained in accounting and tax documents issued to you.

2. Personal data: name and surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number and information about the use of products and services Customers, may be processed on the basis of my consent and it is necessary to process for marketing purposes ("Marketing purposes"), which means:

offering Volvo branded products and services,
registering in the customer database of Representatives and members of the VOLVO Group for the purpose of promoting the products and services of the Seller,
sending commercial communications (e.g. newsletters, invitations to social events, etc.),
market research.

This data will be processed by the Administrator for a period of 5 years, or for necessary to fulfil the purpose of offering products and services.

II. SATISFACTION DETECTION

1. By giving my consent, I confirm that I agree that The Administrator, as well as Members of the VOLVO Group within the meaning of the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) No 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (the "Regulation") process my personal data for the purpose of determining satisfaction with the service provided service to the following extent:

2. Personal data: name and surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number, and information about the use of Administrators' products and services, can be processed on the basis of my consent and is necessary for the processing of purposes of determining satisfaction with the service provided, which shall be understood as (hereinafter referred to as "Satisfaction Determination Purposes"):

customer satisfaction surveys,

This data will be processed by the Administrator for a period of 5 years, or for necessary to fulfil the purpose of offering products and services.

III. BIOMETRIC DATA

1. By giving my consent, I confirm that I agree that Rapporteur, as well as the members of the Group VOLVO within the meaning of the 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter "Devices") processed my personal data for for the purpose of authenticating me in connection with the negotiation of contracts and the provision of related services.

2. Biometric data may be processed on the basis of my consent and only need to be processed for the purpose of authenticating the signatory (hereinafter referred to as "authentication purposes").

1. 2. The personal data referred to in Article 1 may be processed on the basis of my my consent and it is necessary to process it for the purpose of verifying my identity in connection with the verification of my identity and ownership of the the car sold and the eligibility of the payment of the financial benefit, which (hereinafter referred to as "Verification of identity and ownership").

1. By giving my consent, I confirm that I agree that the Administrator, as as well as the members of the VOLVO Group within the meaning of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (the "Regulation") process my personal data for marketing purposes to the extent that:

To ensure the legal obligations arising from contracts concluded with you further, Regulators retain the following personal data:

type of vehicle,
VIN,
registration mark (hereinafter referred to as "RZ");
equipment,
date and time of handover and acceptance
the number and validity of the driving licence,
the number of km,
fuel gauge status,
damage to the vehicle,
service history of the vehicle provided,
information contained in accounting and tax documents issued to you.

2. Personal data: name and surname, address, telephone number and information about the use of products and services of the Representative, may be processed at based on my consent and is necessary to process it for marketing purposes, which are understood to be ("Marketing Purposes"):

offering Volvo products and services,
registering in the customer database of Representatives and members of the VOLVO Group for the purpose of promoting the products and services of the Seller,

registration mark (hereinafter referred to as "RZ");

the number and validity of the identity card,
initial km status,
allowed mileage km,
fuel gauge status,
the possibility of using the vehicle,
damage to the vehicle,
service history of the vehicle provided,
information contained in accounting and tax documents issued to you.

VII. INFORMATION RESULTING FROM THE ORDER

1. I acknowledge that:

(a) under the Deed I have the right to:

withdraw consent at any time,
require the Registrar to tell me what personal data it processes about me and to ask for a copy of that data,
request access to this data from the Controller and have it updated or corrected, or request a restriction on processing,
request the Registrar to erase this personal data,
to data portability,
file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or go to court.

2. Any consent given may, in accordance with Part IV, point 1, letter a) at any time, for example by sending a letter to Representative or Groups of VOLVO referred to in the introduction to this Consent, or to the email address listed in Part IV, Section 1, (b).

Withdrawal of consent shall result in the personal data will no longer be held by the Responsor or Group VOLVO processed for the purpose in question, but does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data until the consent is withdrawn. However, the Responsor or the Group VOLVO process some of my personal data in accordance with the law as detailed in the Principles. Providing or withdrawal of consent does not affect the granting and duration of any other consent or the the provision of any other services by Registrar.
